Ancestral Essence specializes in premium, veterinarian-guided pet nutrition products, including our gourmet treats ("Chicken Crispies"). All products advertised on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

2. Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order on our landing page, it represents an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. Because we small-batch craft our meals to preserve maximum nutritional value, bookings and order fulfillment are processed sequentially. Official order confirmations, delivery status updates, and support inquiries are coordinated directly with customers via **WhatsApp** (+91 9633007591).

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We process online payments securely through our checkout integration powered by Razorpay. We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and purchase information for all orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are dependent on customer location and third-party logistics services. We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days for major Indian cities and 5-7 business days for regional areas. Wild Gourmet is not liable for shipping or delivery delays outside our direct control, such as shipping carrier delays, courier disruptions, bad weather, or regional restrictions.

5. Returns & Refunds
